Operations Associate

Data & Infrastructure Associate Role Description The Data & Infrastructure Contractor supports analytics, reporting, KPI tracking, and data infrastructure initiatives across Pay Operations, Contractor Growth, CR & Training, and Robotics teams. This role combines hands-on data analysis with the development and maintenance of reporting tools, dashboards, and structured datasets that enable operational visibility and informed decision-making. The position works closely with Contractor Leads to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting. Responsibilities 1. Pay Analytics Support (Contractor Ops) Provide reliable and structured data support to the Pay team. Maintain and improve pay-related datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency. Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards to support contractor pay tracking. Assist in identifying discrepancies and supporting audit processes. 2. CR & Training Data Support Support the definition and tracking of core KPIs for CR and Training contractor teams. Build and maintain recurring performance reports. Ensure KPI definitions are documented and consistently applied. Assist teams with ad-hoc data requests and analysis. 3. Growth Analytics Support (Contractor Ops) Maintain and optimize queries used for candidate sourcing and prioritization. Support analysis to improve candidate throughput and quality. Assist in tracking performance metrics related to growth initiatives. Contribute to experimentation analysis and reporting. 4. Robotics & Workforce KPI Tracking Support the implementation and tracking of operational KPIs. Maintain reporting structures to monitor workforce performance.
