The role
Supports Senior Credit Bureau Business Manager to ensure Credit Bureau is a well-managed program. Provide guidance and oversight to the inquiry dispute team to ensure cases are investigated appropriately and feedback is provided. Identify trends and areas for improvement by partnering with quality assurance and credit disputes team lead.
What you’ll do:
Oversee Inquiry Disputes execution and success
Manage, execute and deliver results on QA findings for inquiry disputes and ensure specialists are following SOPs for intended outcomes
First point of contact for Inquiry escalations and QA
Provide suggested SOP updates based on QA observations
Ensure team is trained on new guidance and aligns with dispute investigations
Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
Continual process improvement and change management
Assist with Analysis of portfolio reporting data and identify inconsistencies with Credit Bureau Reporting Policies
Lead and develop disputes team members
Lead remediation of issues
Track performance metrics and hold team accountable to established standards
What you’ll need:
Prefer bachelor's degree
2+ years of experience in credit bureau reporting, dispute resolution, or a related field
2+ years of team management experience with direct repor
