What you’ll do
Responsibilities
Build and enhance all aspects of our global corporate cash investment program, including strategies, policies and systems/operations, performance and risk metrics;
Monitor and synthesize trends in global financial markets and macroeconomic developments;
Manage relationships with financial partners such as asset managers, custodians and service providers;
Work with cross-functional partners, as well as external stakeholders, to unlock and manage global interest income opportunities;
Build observability tools and deliver data insights relating to investments and yield optimization;
Identify capital markets system needs and work with the respective teams to build the required infrastructure;
Support the Capital Markets team in executing complex projects by assuming project and cross-functional coordination responsibilities; and
Contribute to the strategy and execution of the Capital Markets team long term roadmap.
Who you are
Minimum requirements
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering or related field, plus 7 years of experience in Capital Markets or Corporate Treasury of which, at least 5 years must be post bachelors, progressive experience.
Must also have 7 years of experience in each of the following:
Investments, interest rate risk management, and global cash management;
Fixed income, interest rate derivatives, FX,
